TONASE MESIN STAMPING DALAM PROSES PEMBUATAN BRACKET ENGINE FRONT 51422 - BZ071 DI PT. NUSAHADI CITRAHARMONIS
Abstract
Mobil merupakan salah satu angkutan transportasi yang paling banyak digunakan pada saat ini. Diantara mesin mobil terdapat komponen perngubung, yaitu sebagai tempat dudukan mesin yang menyatu dengan rangka mobil, komponen tersebut dinamakan Bracket Engine Front 51422-BZ071. Material yang digunakan pada proses produksi pembuatan Bracket engine front 51422-BZ071 adalah material cutting sheet tipe SHGA270C 0-45/45. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami proses pembuatan Bracket Engine Front 51422-BZ071. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Pada proses shearing dihasilkan material cutting sheet dengan ukuran panjang 340 mm dan lebar 320 mm dengan ketebalan 2,6 mm. Dalam proses stamping direkomendasikan gaya terbesar >155,283 ton untuk kapasitas mesin press. Proses pembuatan Bracket Engine Front 51422-BZ071 terdiri dari beberapa persiapan dan proses antara lain proses pemilihan bahan atau material, set up mesin shearing, proses shearing, QC shearing, set up dies stamping, proses stamping, quality control, shipping, dan yang terakhir delivery.
