The results of this study indicate that the product aspect can be categorized as very good because all the internal components, these aspects are optimal in providing services to consumers. This is different from the service aspect because there are 4 of the 9 components that have not been implemented properly so that it can be said that the service aspect is not optimal. Furthermore, the management aspect is quite good because of the 4 components, 1 of them has not been implemented. In this case, it shows that this aspect has not been carried out optimally.
